Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RentingRadar, operated by RentingRadar ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using RentingRadar at app.rentingradar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RentingRadar is a rental arbitrage customer relationship management (CRM) tool that helps users track rental properties, analyze comparable Airbnb listings, calculate potential returns on investment, and manage their rental arbitrage pipeline.

2. Account Registration

To use RentingRadar, you must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

3. Subscription Plans

RentingRadar offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, and Pro), each with different features and capabilities. Plan pricing and features are displayed on the Plan page within the application. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing or features with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Paid subscriptions may be subject to recurring charges. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through the application.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RentingRadar only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use; or resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all property data, analysis, and other content you enter into RentingRadar. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

6. Third-Party Data

RentingRadar may display or incorporate data from third-party sources, including Airbnb listing information and Google Places data. This third-party data is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to those services' own terms of use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RentingRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Not Financial Advice: The calculations, projections, and analysis tools provided by RentingRadar are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any real estate investment decisions. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of revenue projections, return calculations, or market analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentingRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentingRadar and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue RentingRadar (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RentingRadar at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
