The Deal Calculator uses competitor data from comparable Airbnb listings to project revenue across best, likely, and worst-case scenarios. It then calculates your Net Operating Income, cash flow, cash-on-cash return, and payback period. Each property also gets a Deal Temperature score — Slam-Dunk, Potential, Risky, or No-Go — so you can instantly evaluate profitability.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored securely with Firebase and tied to your Google account. Each user's data is completely isolated and private. We never sell, share, or access your property data.

Can I import listings from rental sites?
